Supporting Mental Wellness in the Return-to-Work Journey

Expert Behavioral Health Referrals for Injured Workers

Ability Behavioral Health provides behavioral health intervention services and mental health services. Telehealth is offered throughout Washington State and in person in Lacey, WA.

We have two licensed providers.

Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant, Licensed Mental Health Provider

Rachel Craig has been working in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 2012. She has a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Psychology from The Evergreen State College and a Master’s in Social Work with an emphasis in community and organizational development from Portland State University. Rachel completed the Professional Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) certification and is an Activity Coach. She is also a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS). She specializes in complex and older claims; working in rural communities; complex return-to-work barriers (i.e. justice involvement, pre-existing disability; limited work experience); mental health.
Rachel completed her LICSW in 2023 and also provides Behavioral Health Intervention (BHI) and Mental Health Counseling.

Rachel is an avid volunteer in our community. She is currently volunteering with No One Dies Alone (NODA) at Providence St. Peter’s and Centralia hospitals. Rachel loves the outdoors and enjoys cycling, hiking, mountaineering and kayaking. Rachel serves Grays Harbor/Pacific, Kitsap, and King counties.

Licensed Mental Health Provider

Amy Eskelsen, is a clinical leader, therapist, and supervisor dedicated to advancing compassionate, high-quality mental health care. In mental health practice, she supports individuals and clinicians with a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in curiosity, ethics, and culturally competent care.

With experience spanning crisis intervention, healthcare operations, community mental health, and clinical leadership, Amy brings both insight and deep empathy to her work. She is EMDR certified, an EMDR consultant-in-training and passionate about helping people grow, heal, and thrive while fostering supportive environments.

When Amy isn't supporting individuals in their mental health journey, you can find her baking sweet cakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. She likes to paddleboard and take her dog Roxy to the park.
