Kathleen studied at Saint Martin's University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She also has emergency medical training as a paramedic. Kathleen has a background in workers' compensation with the Department of Labor and Industries starting in 2013. She most recently worked as a Workers' Compensation Adjudicator Level 3. After working in claim adjudication, she desired a more hands-on approach to helping others. Kathleen joined the Ability team in 2018 and recently earned the Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) credential. She enjoys traveling and loves to learn about new places and meet new people.
