Tonya Smith has been involved in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation since 2009. She is Co-Owner and Operations Manager for Ability Vocational Consulting and also works as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. She attended Western Governor's University and earned a Bachelor of Science in the field of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.  She is also a Certified Disability Management Specialist. Tonya enjoys working with people to help them succeed and reach their goals. In her spare time she enjoys travel, cooking, live music, being involved in her children's activities, and spending time with her family, friends and Havanese.
